Extra Curricular Activities

We offer our students a rich set of extracurricular activities, many of them opportunities to strive together toward common goals. SMA athletes and contestants exemplify reverence for adults, teammates and opponents, respecting the games and their traditions through exceptional effort and gracious sportsmanship.

  • SCRIPPS National Spelling Bee
  • Homework Club, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45 –3:30 (Grades 3-8)

  • Student Council, elected student leadership (Grades K-8).
  • Earth Day projects
  • SMA Buddies Program – We pair each of our older students with each of our students in Pre-K through 2nd Grade. They spend time together in the classroom, at Mass, reading or working on projects. This time help both younger and older students learn empathy, leadership and confidence.
