Academic Fee: This fee covers technology, course materials, textbooks, workbooks, student accident insurance, guidance services, media/library services, testing, science lab and PTO fees.

VOLUNTEER HOURS FEE: Each family is required to volunteer (e.g., helping with fundraisers, field trips, etc.) a minimum of 20 hours per school year. Unmet hours will be billed at $25.00 per hour. A family may “buy-out” their volunteer hours for $500.00 (which can be billed thru FACTS).
NOTE: All fees are non-refundable and non pro rata except Tuition.
Payment Options
The following information is provided for families new to St. Michael Academy and for current VPK families new to the FACTS Tuition Management Payment process. (If you are already paying your tuition payments through FACTS, please see the note to returning families at the bottom of this page).
To register for FACTS please go to the Parents tab and click FACTS/RenWeb. Then follow the directions to register for FACTS. If you are already registered, please click the link https://online.factsmgt.
MONTHLY PAYMENT OPTION:
Choose a 10-month, 11-month or 12-month plan. All monthly payments begin in July. All plans must be paid in full in June of the following year. Choose from five options for your monthly due date (1st, 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th).
SEMI-ANNUAL (2 Payments) PAYMENT OPTION:
Two semi-annual tuition payments by direct debit through FACTS - July 1st and January 1st.
Full or 1-Payment Plan:
One full payment - July 1st
Note to Returning SMA Families who already pay tuition through FACTS:
FACTS accounts will automatically renew your tuition payments with your current payment plan option. If you wish to change your payment plan option, please contact the Business Office at (904) 557-9863.
